This includes a typical cadence of regular meetings, full access to our strategy platform and research tools, and ongoing asynchronous support. 10th Grade

How We Stay in Touch

Reliable support is built into the rhythm of the year. Throughout 10th grade, families have reasonable email/text access for quick questions, along with document review as needed. Full platform access is provided to track progress and conduct periodic check-ins before key deadlines to ensure everything stays on course.

11th Grade

TYPICALLY
  • 1–2 meetings per month
  • One scheduled strategy meeting monthly
  • Additional meetings during heavier periods:
    • Course selection
    • Summer planning
    • Testing
    • College list building
    • Activities/story development

Spring of Junior Year

2 meetings/month consistently because:

  • College lists become a serious focus
  • Personal narratives begin to form
  • Initial essay brainstorming and drafting starts
  • Strategic recommendation planning commences

12th Grade

Summer Before Senior Year

Heavy Strategic Period
  • Weekly or near-weekly contact
  • Not always formal meetings, but substantial engagement
  • Common App setup, essays, and supplements
